Regular Classes in Somerton

Silat self defence - suitable for for all fitness levels

Monday        7pm - 8.30pm

Thursday      7pm - 8.30pm

Indonesian Yoga 

Wednesday  9.15 am - 10.15 am. Suitable for total begginners and those wanting a gentle pace.

Friday          9 am - 10 am.          Intermediate. Some prior fitness experience needed.

Kembangan - suitable for all fitness levels.

Tuesday       9am - 10 am

Sword Form and Combat - coming soon, please contact me to register your interest for details.

The usual itineray for the intensive training weekends is:
Arrival Friday evening for a welcome gathering,
Three hours of training on Saturday morning. The afternoon is free to either relax or explore the area, climb Glastobury Tor, then three hours training late afternoon/evening.
Then another six hours training on the Sunday finishing at 4.45pm. 

Intensive training weekends will be available in these aspects:

Suitable for Beginners - Seniors

Sword Form and combat Level 1

Body conditioning
Ground fighting 
Take downs
Seni - Traditional Form
Pukulan - Multiple striking
Harimau - Tiger Style

Kembanan - The flower dance
Indonesian Yoga
Meditation and inner energy practices

Suitable for senior students only:
Knife and karambit combat and defence
Sword form and Combat Level 2
